Purpose
Used to specify the list of replication peer systems with data to publish

Description
The DB_PEERS environment variable is used to specify a comma separated list of replication peer systems that have data to publish. This variable is only used by the publisher service. Once the publisher service is started it will get data to publish from the list of servers specified.
