PURPOSE
Convert character string to upper case

SYNOPSIS
#include "dbapi.h" char *CHAR_UPPER(string) <input parameters> char string; /* Address of a buffer containing character string */ <output parameters> none
DESCRIPTION
The CHAR_UPPER() function converts the specified character string to upper case.
EXAMPLE
The following example converts the parameter passed to upper case.
