Used to enable or disable the popup calculator help on numeric fields

Description
The DB_NOCALCULATOR environment variable / symbol is used to enable or disable the popup calculator help on numeric fields. If DB_NOCALCULATOR is true (set to "true" or "yes" or "on"), pressing the [HELP] key (F1or ^C) on a numeric field does not automatically display the popup calculator help. If DB_NOCALCULATOR is set to any other value or is not set, the popup calculator help is enabled.
