Purpose
Function to test for an alphabetic character
Syntax
ISALPHA(<expC>)

Description
The ISALPHA() function returns .T. if the first character of the character expression <expC> is alphabetic (i.e. lies within A-Z or a-z).
Example
store "965.23" to value // If alpha assign 0 if isalpha(m->value) value = 0 else // convert to numeric value = val(m->value) endif
