Purpose
Create a new applications data dictionary from an xad file
Syntax
CREATE DICTIONARY FROM <.xad file>

Description
The CREATE DICTIONARY command is used to create a new dictionary file from an xad file. The <.xad file> is created with the COPY DICTIONARY command.
